ORDER PROCESSING - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
For most IN-STOCK items delivered within the contiguous United States, expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days, depending on your delivery area. For international orders, receive it within 7-15 days.
PLEASE NOTE, products that need to be processed or made will take 2-3 weeks or longer. Once your order is successfully submitted to the factory then processing your order will take place the following business day. PLEASE BE PATIENT in waiting for your order. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24-48 hours, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped or processed. As soon as you placed an order, our store will forward them to the factory and cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders. THE RESTOCKING FEE IS 20%.

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN, the item(s):
● Must be in resalable condition
● Must be free from scratches and/or defects
● Must not have been used
● Must be in the original box/plastic and packaging
● Must not have any unwanted smell (perfume/cologne)
● Must not be missing tags or pieces.
● Must not be clearance/clearance or sale/closeout
● Must not have human hair or animal hair
● Return period is 7-14 days from the date of delivery.
● Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
